You may need to choose some advanced troubleshooting steps.  Resetting the Netgear router to factory settings can be done with a soft reset using the web interface, hard reset and using the WPS button. Open a web browser and type routerlogin.net or router login. in the address box. You can also enter the default IP addresses 192.168.1.1 and 192.168.0.1 and then press Enter.
